Description
The accommodation Great country house in Catalonia with Climatized Pool, SPA, Paddle Track and Multiesports Track, Playground, Barbecue, Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Games. The house is surrounded by fields and mountains, and located near the Rialb reservoir where there is the option to rent Kayaks or take a boat trip. The house is rented to a single group, and it is ideal for groups of friends, family, businesses, etc. You can take long walks and enjoy nature in a quiet and family atmosphere. Its location is privileged: at the same time isolated and well connected by road with the road network. Just 20 minutes away from the town of Ponts, we are located half way from Barcelona to Andorra.
There are three floors on the house. The entrance is in the ground floor, accessible for disabled people, where you can find a large living room with a fireplace on the floor and a TV surrounded by comfortable sofas. Also in the ground floor, there are two double rooms and a large bathroom. Once on the first floor, you will be surprised by the large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette. In this first floor, there is a small entrance hall and then two double rooms (one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds) and a bathroom. In the second floor there are four bedrooms: three double rooms (two with single beds ans one with double bed) and a single room. In this floor, there are three shared bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub). Outdoors you will find a porch with terrace and barbecue. Next to it there is a shed for children and a beautiful indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi (from where you can enjoy the fabulous views of the forest and the Rialb reservoir).
