Description
The accommodation
This rural accommodation is a restored barn that retains the original walls and beams. We have also preserved the threshing floor, where the farmers used to separate the grain from the straw. The house features a multi-level construction designed to take advantage of the slope of the roof, which gives it a unique distribution of the interior spaces. It has a walkway from the threshing floor and another through a ramp that leads to the living-dining room.
250 m2 house, 7 rooms, 4 bathrooms, living-dining room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Flexible distribution in the rooms. Patio measuring 100 m2 with garden furniture and a 5 m diameter zodiac pool. The façade is equipped for rock climbing.
Inside the house there is a hall, a dining room with a long table (for 16 people) and an extra table, a living room with sofas for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen and 7 bedrooms: 1 single room, 2 triple rooms, 4 double rooms with double bed, 4 extra beds and 4 bathrooms. If you contact us before coming, we can also arrange the rooms according to your needs, adapting beds and placing cribs where needed.

Activities
In the Noguera Pallaresa river you can practise: rafting, kayaking, hydrospeed and canyoning, accompanied by professionals or local companies.
If you have a head for heights and want to climb a mountain faster than the sun (Cursa Cuita el Sol), climb all kinds of walls (the façade of the threshing floor is equipped for climbing), tackle via ferratas (in Andorra and Alt Urgell), or go paragliding and bungee jumping, l'Era d'en Sansa is your place!
We have marked walking, running (Matxicots Mountain Race), horseback riding and cycling paths (Pedals de Foc route).

The Àssua Valley is part of the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, where there are interesting routes such as “La Carros de Foc.”

Our region is also home to other protected areas such as the Alt Pirineu Natural Park and the Montcortés Lake.
